We are looking for working students for a minimum of 1 year
This position is available in a Hybrid setup in our Berlin office (at Alexanderplatz)
What You Will Do
Reporting to the FinOps Team Lead, you will primarily support the publisher (AP)/advertiser (AR) billing team in doing the following tasks:
Act as a first point of contact for email enquiries related to credit memos and account reconciliations, ensuring timely and accurate responses
Managing daily operational cases and queries, including assigning complex issues to Finance Operations Accountants
Review and validate publisher and advertiser contracts and accurately upload approved agreements into the accounting system
Support the preparation of weekly cash flow forecasts and reports
Perform daily cash application activities, matching customer receipts and payments within the accounting system
Assist with credit reference checks for new customers as part of the onboarding processes
Maintain and review master data to ensure accuracy and consistency across the finance system
Support Finance Operations Accountants with payment runs and a variety of ad-hoc finance tasks
Collaborate closely with the advertiser and publisher billing teams to resolve issues and improve processes
What You Will Bring
Must-haves:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance & Accounting or Business Administration completed or in process
Professional level of written and spoken English
Knowledge and experience with MS Excel
Self-motivated and with a keen interest to learn and develop
Friendly, positive attitude and 'can-do' mindset
Strong attention to detail
Strong advantage:
Previous finance experience (especially in billing)
Experience working with an ERP system
