You are our Viral Marketing Analyst. Your job is simple: figure out exactly why content is blowing up on short-form platforms, and turn those insights into actionable strategy for us and our users.

Tasks

• Viral Trend Hunter: Identify the newest organic hooks, formats, and strategies dominating TikTok, IG Reels, and YT Shorts.
• Deconstruct Strategy: Analyze the organic marketing playbooks used by top consumer brands and mobile app founders to achieve explosive growth.
• Content & Insights: Use your writing skills to create sharp, concise reports and content that summarize your key findings.
• Hands-On Growth: Bring a growth hacker mindset to help us test and execute new organic marketing experiments.

Requirements

• Platform Native: You don't just use TikTok, IG Reels, and YT Shorts — you speak the language and understand the algorithms better than most.
• Obsessed Analyst: You can spot a trend and immediately deconstruct the "why" —understanding the underlying strategy and the key KPIs.
• A Strong Creator: Excellent writing and content creation skills are essential.
• Hands-on Mentality: You thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and are ready to jump into execution.
