To ensure outstanding impact of our programs and that our team can do their best work, we are looking for a Training Operations and Team Manager who genuinely wants to make a difference. Someone who takes responsibility, has an eye for detail, and finds satisfaction in making things run smoothly.
You are a central point of stability for both our trainings and our team. On the one hand, you ensure flawless, thoughtful training operations and clear communication with clients and participants. On the other hand, you support our team with structure, reliability and creativity to create an atmosphere where we can deliver great work. You do all this out of the motivation of creating impact for our customers and our team.
