Requirements

What We’re Looking For

Academic Background:

• Recent graduate (MBA or Technical University) from a Top University,
• Max. 3 years of professional experience,
• Excellent academic record and performance (high marks are essential).

Languages:

• Fluency in English is required
• Good in German
• Other languages are a plus.

Mindset & Skills:

• Highly motivated, fast learner, proactive, and able to thrive under pressure,
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills,
• A team player with an entrepreneurial spirit and international mindset.
