As part of our dedicated and motivated team, you will play a key role in ensuring that our products consistently meet - and exceed - the expectations of both our company and our customers.

Your mission

• Design, develop, automate, and maintain end-to-end tests for our software products, including cross-team workflows
• Analyze, review, and document test results, and collaborate closely with developers to resolve identified issues
• Identify gaps in existing test coverage and prioritize the development of additional test cases
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure testing aligns with business and product requirements
• Promote and strengthen a culture of quality awareness within the team

What you offer

• Degree or completed vocational training in IT or a comparable qualification, ideally with experience in quality assurance or quality management
• Practical experience with testing and automation frameworks
• Strong analytical skills, a structured and independent working style, and a pronounced quality mindset
• Ability to quickly understand existing testing processes and systematically improve them
• Team-oriented, reliable, and communicative, with a high level of commitment and ownership
• Enthusiasm for new technologies and complex challenges; career changers with relevant skills and motivation are welcome
• English at full-business proficiency level in word and written
