As part of our strong growth trajectory and global expansion, we are looking for an experienced Technical Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) with a focus on our largest enterprise and public sector customers.
You will take on a key role in the technical support of our clients around vulnerability management. You will act as a technical counterpart on equal footing - with a deep understanding of IT security, combined with the ability to grasp and moderate complex customer requirements and feed them into product development.
