*As Parcel Locker Project Manager, you will lead the entire Parcel Locker implementation program. You will coordinate and support a team of project leaders and collaborate with various departments to ensure a streamlined and successful rollout.
The Job
In this role, you will manage the project leaders and maintain a bird's-eye view:
· Strategic Coordination: Monitoring the progress and efficiency of all projects within your portfolio, with a clear focus on quality, timing, and budget.
· Leadership and Coaching: Managing and mentoring a team of project leaders and ensuring their growth and development.
· Process Optimization: Identifying opportunities to improve processes so that the parcel lockers' growth ambitions are efficiently achieved.
· Stakeholder Management: Close collaboration with internal teams and external partners for optimal project execution.
· Reporting: Preparing reports and updates on progress, bottlenecks, and achieved milestones
