About the role
As we expand our internal service ecosystem beyond Salesforce and Business Central into custom-built microservices, we’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Service Administrator to join our Product & Engineering team. In this role, you’ll ensure data accuracy across our internal systems, maintain integrations with partners and core platforms, and support key business processes such as customer and contract management. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and designers as well as with internal stakeholders and external partners to maintain and improve the operational backbone of our business.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of system administration, data management, and process design, and who wants to help shape how our digital ecosystem evolves.
