For a project we are looking for a Senior UI Designer (f/m/d).

Aufgaben

• Creation of low-fidelity wireframes to define layout, information architecture, and basic interactions, serving as a blueprint for design and development
• Development of interactive prototypes that simulate user flows and validate design decisions early in the process
• Consulting and enabling effective user testing and stakeholder feedback
• Design of final user interfaces aligned with our Design System Library and usability principles
• ensuring a consistent and intuitive user experience across platforms
• Conducting of regular reviews of UI components and User Interface to ensure visual consistency, usability, and alignment with the original design intent and user needs
• Definition of the most effective interaction models for the product and evaluate their success through user testing and measurable KPIs
• Providing of comprehensive documentation, designing of guidelines, writing of annotations on interactive elements, and detailed transition behaviors to consult seamless development handoff
• Visualization and communication of design concepts through storyboards, user flows, process diagrams, and sitemaps to ensure alignment across product, design, and development teams
• Facilitation of design workshops to gather requirements, align goals, and co-create user-centric design solutions
• Active participation in broader UX Chapter and Product Team activities such as feedback and knowledge sharing sessions to ensure common UX standards

Qualifikation

• A minimum (!!!) of 7 years' experience in UI Design, Interaction Design and Information Architecture in an Agile development environment
• Strong understanding in UI Patterns, design principles and visual design
• Attention to details and works delivered in high standard
• Able to write processes, documentation and presentations
• Proficient in design software (Figma) as well as in Miro
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS, with an understanding of how designs translate to code.c
• Presentation of a compelling portfolio that showcases contractors design projects and the design process. Applications without a portfolio will not be taken into consideration
• Experience within the energy sector
• Language skill: English mandatory (native or fluent), as well as professional efficiency in German

Location: Remote (90%)/ Berlin (10%)

Duration: 12 months (with option of contract extension)
