As a Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) at Omnevo, you’ll be the main point of contact for our customers throughout the entire project life cycle. You’ll own and maintain key customer relationships, coordinate the rollout of new projects, and work closely with cross-functional teams including development, UX/UI, architecture, and external partners. Your role is crucial in translating customer needs into technical requirements and ensuring successful project delivery.

Aufgaben

• Project & Rollout Management: You are responsible to plan, schedule, and lead end-to-end customer project rollouts, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
• Act as a solution-oriented partner for clients by understanding their business needs, leading requirement sessions, visualize proposals for customer journeys (e.g., in Miro) to present tailored concepts
• Support technical coordination: You can read architecture diagrams, manage integrations with clients and partners, coordinate product data discussions, and confidently deliver product demos
• User Story Definition: You are experienced in creating detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development and ensure alignment with business goals
• Stakeholder Communication: You act as the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder alignment throughout the project
• Performance Tracking & Post-Launch Support: You define KPIs to measure project success, oversee post-launch maintenance, and continuous improvement
• Risk, Budget & Vendor Management: You identify risks, manage budgets, and coordinate with third-party vendors to support successful project outcomes

Qualifikation

• You have a strong understanding of technical concepts – while no specific tech stack is required, you are tech-savvy, understand API interfaces, can identify what needs to be integrated, and enjoy collaborating with developers and architects
• You are confident when it comes to UX/UI and ideally have some hands-on experience collaborating in this area
• You communicate clearly, lead with confidence, and stay organized even when things get complex
• You think in a structured way, take initiative, and work well independently
• You are open to occasional business travel, thrive in intercultural environments, and are comfortable in a primarily remote setup with some in-person meetings
• You are business fluent in English (written and spoken); French and German skills are a strong plus
