At Flip, we’re building the leading employee app for frontline workers—and AI is central to our next chapter. We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our AI strategy and shape the future of how employees search, act, and communicate in the workplace using intelligent assistants.

What you’ll do:

• Own and drive Flip’s AI product vision—from conversational assistants and content creation to knowledge orchestration and intelligent agents and automation.
• Translate our strategic vision into user-first AI capabilities: surfacing knowledge, automating tasks, integrating external tools, and personalizing experiences.
• Work hands-on with engineers and designers to ship impactful, user-centric AI capabilities—from concept to launch—focused on improving how frontline employees interact with information and complete everyday tasks.
• Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and external partners to align on needs, priorities, and go-to-market success.
• Continuously validate problems and solutions with real users—from global manufacturing brands to fast-moving logistics teams.

What you bring:

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product management
• 1+ year of building or scaling AI-powered features
• Strong product sense, systems thinking, and a hands-on approach
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and keeping multiple priorities aligned
• Fluency in English is required; German is a strong plus
