Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

• Translate the design system strategy into detailed design specifications and executable work, focusing on multi-brand, multi-platform evolution.
• Implement and maintain a scalable token structure, ensuring a single source of truth for our design and engineering teams.
• Ensure accessibility principles are implemented and validated within the core components of the design system.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless adoption and integration of the design system.
• Lead the creation of educational resources, providing formal mentorship and facilitating workshops to raise the proficiency of cross-functional teams in design systems.
• Execute the integration of new design system capabilities, including exploration and implementation of AI technologies to streamline workflows.

 Your Profile:

We're looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in digital product design, with 4+ years dedicated to building and successfully scaling multi-brand, multi-platform design systems. Who is passionate and dedicated to creating exceptional user experiences that drive innovation.

• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and a proven mastery in successfully integrating and scaling tools like Token Studio, Storybook, and StyleDictionary in complex multi-brand environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration,
• Excellent communication skills, user education, feedback collection, speed, and agility.
• Fluent in English, any other language a plus
