We are looking for a passionate and solution‑oriented (Senior) Manager Systems Integration (m/f/d) who will play a key role in shaping and connecting our digital ecosystem. In this role, you will take end‑to‑end ownership of integration initiatives - from understanding business needs to delivering robust, scalable technical solutions.

• Drive integration projects end-to-end - from requirements analysis and solution design to implementation and rollout
• Develop integrations hands-on, using low-code integration platforms such as Magic xpi (or comparable tools)
• Connect our PIM system (Akeneo) to various internal and external systems, such as Spryker, Shopify, or Amazon, ensuring a smooth and reliable data flow
• Enhance and maintain our existing integration landscape, ensuring stability, performance, and scalability
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into actionable integration solutions
• Continuously optimize processes, identify improvement potential, and proactively suggest future-state architectures

What you bring

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in IT, including at least 3 years in system integration, solution design, or technical/business interface roles
• Hands-on experience with integration platforms (preferably Magic xpi or similar tools such as MuleSoft, BizTalk, Tibco, Workato, Informatica)
• Solid understanding of APIs, data formats, MS SQL databases, and general internet/communication protocols
• Knowledge of IT architecture principles and some experience with infrastructure or development in NET and/or Java environments
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders; business fluent in English (German is a plus)
