In this role, you will be part of the Referral Marketing Team, driving the growth of our customer referral program. You will focus on scaling our customer base through referrals, identifying opportunities to optimize the referral funnel, running experiments to increase referral-driven sales, and ultimately growing the number of active participants in our program.

What you will do:
  • Develop and optimize a customer-focused referral program based on the existing framework.
  • Run experiments to increase referral-driven sales, monitor key metrics, and implement improvements.
  • Analyze referral program performance and provide actionable insights to enhance customer participation and conversion.
  • Work closely with marketing, analytics, and product teams to integrate referral initiatives with broader business strategies.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of referrals, outcomes, and program effectiveness.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in designing and managing customer referral or loyalty programs, preferably within a growth or marketing context.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a track record of tracking program performance, running experiments, and translating data into actionable insights.
  • Experienced in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, analytics, design, and development.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and referral tracking tools is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher proficiency in English.
