Tasks

As the Quality Engineer at CONROO, you’ll be part of our dynamic tech team, working hand-in-hand with developers to make sure all our products are reliable, high-performing, and secure. You’ll take ownership of our quality assurance processes enhancing and scaling them and bring automation to the next level. Your work will directly shape the trust our customers place in CONROO’s technology.

• QA Staretgy: Define and build our QA strategy, processes, and standards entirely from scratch.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with developers, product managers, and designers to embed quality into every stage of the development lifecycle.
• Automated Testing: Introduce and scale automated testing frameworks and tools that boost both reliability and efficiency.
• Testing & Team Support: Balance hands-on testing with enabling the team to take shared ownership of quality.

Requirements

Essential skills and experiences:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in quality assurance
• Hands-on experience in setting up and executing Software Quality standards
• Experience in E2E test automation with tools like Cypress
• Strong understanding of QA metrics and strategies, with the ability to analyze results and drive continuous improvement
• Proficiency in Postman for API testing
• Experience with RESTful web services and WebSockets
