dehaze AI identifies chronic disease risks on already existing health data. Thanks to us, our customers, fully integrated health insurers, save ~10% of their yearly health budget. In an industry with relatively low margins, a real game changer.

Your job is to make sure what we build is what customers actually need; validated, defensible, and tied to business outcomes.

You will be the voice of the customer, building the bridge between our AI/science team and the market. You translate complex customer requirements into technical specifications that our engineering team can execute. You will be the customer’s devil’s advocate internally: every feature must have provable business value.

In order to fully understand our customers, you will start by spending time on the ground in our two most promising markets: Brazil and the US. During your stay (6 months at each location), you will be embedded in our customers’ organzations, learning how they think, how their processes work, how their teams operate.

We think long term and so should you. We want someone who has the ambition and capability to own the entire product function as we scale - and earn equity for building it.

Tasks

  • Own the product: You define what gets built, why, and in what order. You translate customer pain into product specs. Every requirement you write must be validated by real business impact not assumptions, not gut feel.
  • Be the customer’s devil’s advocate: You challenge internal ideas with market reality. If a feature can’t be tied to measurable cost savings or clinical outcomes for our B2B customers, it doesn’t ship. You bring the business case, backed by data.
  • Immerse yourself in customer environments: You sit with customers. You learn their language - literally and operationally. You understand their workflows, their frustrations, their decision-making.
  • Drive expansion playbooks: You help define how we adapt the product for vertical integration, new markets, new regulatory environments, and new buyer profiles. You prioritize ruthlessly, manage dependencies, and make sure we’re not spreading thin where it doesn’t matter.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in product management with a track record you can point to. You’ve shipped products that customers pay for. You’ve made hard prioritization calls. You’ve killed features that didn’t earn their place. The industry matters less than the intensity and the results.
  • Technically sharp. You understand how LLMs work, how data pipelines are built, and what it means to productize AI. You don’t need to write code, but you need to hold your own in deeply technical conversations about model outputs, data quality, and system architecture.
  • Business-obsessed. You think in unit economics, customer ROI, and cost-to-serve. You know that building something technically impressive is worthless if it doesn’t solve a paying customer’s problem. Entrepreneur trapped in a product role. You have the mindset of a founder but chose the product path. You want ownership, equity, and the responsability that comes with both. You’re not optimizing for comfort, you’re optimizing for impact.
  • Ready to get into the engine room. You might be a Head of Product today. You might have a team. And you’re willing to leave that behind, roll up your sleeves, and go deep again. We need someone who loves to build and implement.
  • Willing to relocate to our growth markets (Brazil and the US). This is non-negotiable. During these longer stays (about 6 months in each market), you’ll immerse yourself in the culture, the customer base, and the market. After that, the role involves frequent travel to our international customers, with a preference for relocation to our Munich site.
  • Languages: Fluent English and Portuguese are required. German is a strong plus.
