Founded by serial entrepreneurs and backed by top investors from Europe and the US, we’re now looking for a sharp, driven, and curious Product Analyst to join our product team. Tasks

As a Product Analyst at Roger, you will:

• Be the product team’s analytical backbone: Help us uncover insights, measure impact of features, and guide decision-making with sharp, clean data.
• Uncover what matters: Run explorative analyses, generate hypotheses, and work with the team to continuously improve our product through data.
• Own our product reporting stack: From dashboards to deep dives, you’ll create clarity for our product, design, and engineering teams.
• Drive direct customer value: by providing our biggest customers with insights on their data
• Shape the data model: Contribute to the evolution of our dbt models together with our Data Scientists and ensure data quality and trustworthiness.
• Collaborate across the company: Work closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and founders to help everyone make smarter decisions.

Requirements

• Strong command of SQL: You write clean, performant queries, and understand how to structure data for exploration and analysis.
• Experience with product analytics: You’ve worked in a SaaS or digital product environment, ideally with B2B products.
• Eye for detail, mind for patterns: You’re meticulous, yet you see the big picture and can connect dots others don’t.
• Curious and Analytical: You’re not just answering questions—you’re asking better ones and finding innovative ways to measure what matters.
• Digging deep: Your curiosity doesn’t stop at the first insight—you dig deeper, find patterns, and propose actions.
• Clear communicator: You can break down complex findings into clear, actionable insights for different audiences.
• Team player: You thrive in a collaborative remote setting and enjoy working with cross-functional teams.

Bonus Skills
Experience with dbt, data modeling, or data warehouse management.
Familiarity with Looker Studio, Lightdash, Power BI, or Tableau.
Python knowledge for analysis, automation, or experimentation.

• Exposure to data science, machine learning, or AI applications in product analytics.
