Tasks

Weflow is seeking a Performance Marketing Lead in charge of paid channels at Weflow. You'll be responsible for:

Running and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Search, Linkedin Ads, Youtube, Reddit Ads, and Meta Ads.
Analyzing performance data (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, CVR) and making data-driven optimization decisions.
Creating ad creatives and landing pages that convert.
Running experiments to improve website conversion rates and lead quality.
Staying ahead of performance marketing trends, tools, and platform updates to keep our growth engine sharp.

Requirements

2–3 years of experience in performance marketing or growth marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
Working knowledge of conversion tracking.
Strong interest in AI and automation, ideally with hands-on experience using AI tools and workflow platforms.
A data-driven mindset, comfortable analyzing numbers, spotting trends, and acting fast.
Curious, experimental, and proactive. You like testing new formats, learning fast, and iterating often.
Excellent written and spoken English. You care about clarity, tone, and precision.
Sharp eye for what great ad copy and creatives look like
Experience with Google & LinkedIn Ads.
