Exolaunch GmbH is a global provider of launch mission management and deployment services for small satellites. Based in Berlin with offices around the world, we’ve supported the launch of over 530 satellites over the past decade — and we’re still growing.

To support our internal team and operations, we’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student – People Operations Support (m/w/d). In this role, you’ll work closely with our People Operations Lead and contribute to keeping our processes and team experience running smoothly — from recruitment and onboarding to internal coordination and small-scale events.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment and to learn how people operations and internal processes work in practice — all within one of the most exciting industries of the future.

Tasks

• Support day-to-day recruitment activities: posting job ads, scheduling interviews, updating candidate records
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes (documentation, checklist tracking, employee coordination)
• Maintain and improve internal tools and resources (e.g., Notion guides, templates, trackers)
• Help coordinate small internal events, team-building activities, and ad hoc people initiatives
• Support ongoing process improvement and operational projects within the People team

Requirements

• You're enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, HR, Psychology, or a related field
• Ideally, you're available 2–3 days per week to work on-site at Das Center near Potsdamer Platz
• You have strong organizational and communication skills, with a proactive mindset
• You’re comfortable managing multiple small tasks independently and reliably
• You have a keen eye for detail and take ownership of your work
• You’re comfortable using MS Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
• You are fluent in English (our company language), and B2-level German or higher is an advantage

Bonus points if you:

• Have experience with tools like Notion, Join, or Slack
• Have supported recruitment or onboarding before
• Are curious about people operations, process design, or internal comms
