· Overall responsibility for outbound transport operations in Magdeburg
· Lead and coordinate the outbound transport team
· Act as the primary operational contact for customers and logistics service providers
· Ensure smooth daily outbound execution including planning, slot booking, and delivery monitoring
· Monitor operational KPIs and initiate corrective actions when deviations occur
· Ensure on-time delivery and compliance with customer requirements
· Identify operational risks (capacity, cost, quality) and implement countermeasures
· Coordinate closely with internal teams (Warehouse, Operations, Finance, IT)
· Manage carrier performance and handle escalations
· Optimize transport efficiency and cost structure
· Support implementation of process improvements and standardization initiatives
· Ensure continuous improvement through feedback loops with customers and internal teams, ensure smooth daily operation and issue resolutionSupport implementation of process improvements, automation and standardization initiatives
