In this role, you'll be at the heart of our day-to-day carsharing operations, making sure our fleet runs smoothly and our customers stay happy. You'll balance hands-on problem solving with coordination, partner management, and continuous process improvement to keep everything moving efficiently.

<title>Main tasks and responsibilities:</title>

• <point>Monitor - our Carsharing fleet and ensure that all vehicles are available for customers by quickly resolving issues like flat tires or broken windows.</point>
• <point>Support - the relationship management of key partners like bodyshops or tire repair suppliers.</point>
• <point>Delegate tasks - appropriately to each of our Vehicle Specialists who are out in the field.</point>
• <point>Resolve - Customer Service tickets that have been escalated to the Operations Team.</point>
• <point>Review - customer feedback and find ideas how to increase the quality of our fleet.</point>
• <point>Issue - fines to customers who do not adhere to our Terms and Conditions.</point>

• <point>You have a strong sense of ownership with a hands-on approach.</point>
• <point>You thrive in a fast-paced environment.</point>
• <point>Extra credit: Experience in sharing economy, tech business, transport industry, startup or dynamic high-growth company.</point>
