To support our Performance Marketing team we are searching for a Online Marketing Manager – Display and Paid Social (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.
Tasks
Plan, manage, and optimize Paid Social and Display campaigns to meet performance goals
Own the relationship with vendors such as Meta, Criteo, Google and other platforms
Analyze performance data, create actionable insights, and prepare regular reports
Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, content, and analytics teams to ensure alignment
Actively test new creatives, audiences, and placements to drive continuous improvement
Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and new ad tech opportunities
Manage budgets, pacing, and forecasting to ensure efficient spend and ROI
Requirements
4-5 years of hands-on experience in Paid Social and Display, experience in Fashion/Luxury is a plus
Proficiency in performance reporting and optimization using Excel and Power BI
Proven ability to manage multiple cross-region campaigns simultaneously with a focus on results
Strong knowledge of Merchant Centers (Meta, Google) and feed management tools like Productsup
Familiarity with campaign automation platforms such as , Sprinklr or Hunch
Must be able to work independently, take full ownership of projects and manage vendor relationships effectively
A genuine passion for high-end luxury fashion and fluency in English
