For upcoming projects, we are currently looking for Junior Master Data Specialists (Freelancers) based in Hungary to support data-related activities such as data cleansing, structuring, and preparation for system implementations.

• Experience level: Junior to Mid-level (hands-on focus, not consulting-heavy roles)

Requirements

• First experience in master data, data maintenance, or data-related back-office roles
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (data structuring, formulas, validation; basic pivot tables as a plus)
• High attention to detail and structured, reliable working style
• Ability to work with large datasets and ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Experience with ERP or HR systems is a plus (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.)
• Comfortable working on repetitive, detail-oriented tasks with high quality standards
• Hands-on mindset with a focus on execution rather than conceptual consulting
