As a Media Manager (all genders) for our Media & Collaboration team, you make our brands visible across all channels. You bring clarity of strategy, strong execution, and a keen sense for impact. You plan, manage, and analyze our campaigns end to end. With your understanding of the European media landscape, you will also support the localization of our campaigns as we enter new markets over time.

• You develop and optimize media strategies and design integrated media campaigns (OOH, DOOH, print, digital, social paid) for the brands of the Bikeleasing Group while supporting campaign localization in Germany, Austria, and selected European markets
• You manage agencies and external partners, briefing and coordinating media agencies, production companies, and cooperation and sponsorship partners to ensure smooth execution
• You manage, localize, and adapt campaign assets for different channels and markets, and you create campaign analyses from which you derive optimization recommendations and present your results
• You bring your expertise to budget management, owning the planning, monitoring, and reporting of media budgets, including forecasting and KPI tracking
• You keep a constant eye on trends and insights, focusing on market and competitive analysis, identifying new channels, formats, and innovation potential
• You co-develop and implement joint campaigns with business partners, publishers, and sponsorship partners

Your profile

• You bring several years of experience in media management, campaign management, or media planning, either on the agency or client side
• You have proven experience orchestrating complex media setups across classic, digital, and programmatic channels
• You possess excellent knowledge of the European media landscape, especially in Germany, and benefit from an existing network with media houses, publishers, and platforms
• You are confident in budget planning, controlling, and reporting
• You stand out with international campaign management experience and asset localization expertise
• You demonstrate strong negotiation skills with partners and agencies and work with high quality standards, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
• Your passion for brands, media, and sustainable mobility rounds out your profile
