Aufgaben

• Support with onboarding & offboarding of vendors
• Assist in contract and lifecycle management for partners and service providers
• Contribute to vendor performance reviews and governance processes
• Collaborate on project & enrollment management, supporting broader PMO activities beyond vendor-related tasks
• Help optimize workflows and processes across the product management team
• Provide administrative and analytical support for cross-departmental projects

Qualifikation

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, IT Management, or comparable qualification
• Background or first experience in provider management, governance, or project management topics for financial institutions is highly beneficial
• Structured and detail-oriented working style with strong organizational skills
• High level of initiative, team spirit, and communication skills
• Strong interest in FinTech, digital assets, and innovative technologies
• Very good command of English, German is a plus
