As a Junior Operational Excellence Manager (all genders), you will be a vital part of an experienced team committed to company-wide efficiency and scalability. From day one, you will take ownership of parts of our core systems and work alongside our system experts to drive forward strategic, complex projects.

What to expect

• Master of Automation: Your mission is to continuously refine and build intelligent automations that simplify daily work for your colleagues across Operations and the entire organization.
• Technical Tool Mastery: You will become an expert in our modern tech stack, learning to build and maintain scalable solutions within MAKE, Airtable, and Salesforce. You will gain hands-on experience in No-Code/Low-Code environments and utilize AI and Coding to bridge technical gaps.
• System Ownership: You will become the central point of contact for mission-critical systems, such as our internal request system and our tour planning software. You ensure these tools run smoothly today while proactively developing them for tomorrow.
• Architect of Scalability: You will analyze our system landscape, identify potential for improvement, and support the team in making our systems robust and future-proof.
• Work at the Heart of the Company: You will work closely with our system experts as well as with stakeholders from all departments (from Operations to Commercial), gaining deep insights into the entire company.

Inspire us by

• Academic Background: You have successfully completed a degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Natural Sciences, or a related field with excellent academic performance.
• Initial Practical Experience: You have relevant practical experience from a fast-paced environment, for example through internships, working student positions, or a first full-time job.
• Technical Skills: You have initial practical experience with No-Code/Low-Code tools (like MAKE or Zapier) or in process automation with scripting languages (like Python or JavaScript).
• AI Curiosity: You are interested in current developments regarding AI and have gone beyond simple prompting.
• Your Mindset: You have a proactive hands-on mentality and a logical, structured approach to problems. You think in processes, have an eye for detail, and see feedback as an opportunity to learn and grow.
• On-site Culture: You are ready to work with us in our Munich office from Tuesday to Thursday as part of our hybrid work culture.
• Languages: You are fluent in English. German is a plus.
