About the Role

Tasks

• Manage influencer campaigns on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc., with efficiency and creativity.
• Identify, engage, and build relationships with influencers to expand our brand presence and boost campaign success.
• Develop and execute influencer campaigns that align with Les Lunes' brand goals and drive measurable results.
• Monitor and analyze campaign metrics to optimize performance, making data-informed adjustments.
• Work collaboratively within the team, contributing to shared goals while bringing your unique strengths.

Requirements

• Sales-Driven: With a marketing background and a strong sales mentality, you're ready to exceed goals and drive results. Previous experience in fashion is a plus, but we equally value your drive and potential to make an impact.
• Positive & Solution-Oriented: Challenges excite you, and you approach obstacles with a "can-do" mindset.
• Numbers Savvy: You’re comfortable working with metrics and analytics to inform strategy.
• Team Player: You work well in a group but aren’t afraid to make your voice heard.
• Language Skills: Fluent in German, with an openness to working in an international environment.
