Aufgaben

• Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support for colleagues and users – be the go-to person for all IT questions.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux systems to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Monitor and manage IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud solutions.
• Implement IT security solutions to protect data and systems from cyber risks.
• Analyze, document, and resolve IT incidents quickly and efficiently.
• Create and maintain IT documentation so everyone can understand and use IT systems with ease.
• Support in exciting IT projects such as system upgrades, cloud migrations, and new technology rollouts.
