Options Group is partnering with a leading European Private Equity fund focused on upper mid‑market investments. With an impressive track record and a strong upcoming deal pipeline, the firm is looking to add an experienced Investment Manager to its growing team.

Aufgaben

In this position, you will take a key role across the entire investment cycle:

• Lead deal execution, including valuation, financial modelling, and due diligence
• Develop and refine investment theses and present to the Investment Committee
• Coordinate with management teams, advisors, and financing partners
• Drive value‑creation initiatives within portfolio companies
• Oversee portfolio performance and produce regular reporting
• Support origination efforts and contribute to sector analysis

Qualifikation

We are seeking high‑calibre candidates with:

• 5–9 years of experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, or top-tier Strategy Consulting
• A strong track record executing mid‑market transactions
• Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills
• Strong communication abilities and confidence interacting with senior stakeholders
• Proactive, hands-on mindset and a strong sense of ownership
• Fluency in German and English
