Samsung SDS Logistics has experienced significant growth over the last two years and is establishing itself as a new service provider (4PL) in the logistics market. With approximately 100 employees in Germany, we see ourselves as a start-up within the international and innovative Samsung Group. For our headquarters in Eschborn (Ts.), we are currently looking for a motivated and dynamic HR Manager (m/f/d) with an interest in operational and strategic Human Resources.
· Main point of contact for management, executives, and employees at several locations for all Human Resources topics.
· Strategic advisory to executives on personnel measures and their implementation.
· Responsible for strategic HR projects, and development and optimization of internal processes and guidelines.
· Close collaboration with the Work Council and negotiation of work agreements.
· Leadership and development of the HR team (4 employees).
· Responsible for external payroll accounting, as well as monthly and annual financial statements.
· Overseeing recruiting activities for your area of responsibility.
· Management of the company's health management initiatives, as well as cooperation with external partners – also in the context of audits.
· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
· 8+ years of HR management experience, ideally in logistics or manufacturing.
· Proven leadership experience in guiding and developing HR teams.
· Strong expertise in German Labor Law and HR operations across multiple sites.
· Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRIS systems (ideally Workday).
· Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with a professional, service-oriented mindset.
