Tasks

• Source candidates across EU and India using join.com and job platforms
• Build and maintain a structured candidate pipeline
• Screen resumes and shortlist profiles based on role needs
• Reach out to candidates by phone and emails and manage follow ups
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with founder
• Maintain accurate hiring tracker and status updates
• Support job posting and distribution
• Assist in basic employer branding and outreach efforts

Requirements

Good communication skills in English

Interest in recruitment, HR, or startup operations

Organized and detail focused

Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently

Basic familiarity with LinkedIn or job boards
