We’re now looking for someone to strengthen our team and build our marketing function from the ground up – a person who works methodically, identifies the right segments and channels, tests hypotheses, and develops scalable growth strategies.

Tasks

• Test and evaluate different channels and campaign types (with a strong focus on online marketing) to help us move toward a clear product–market fit.
• Build a deep understanding of our users by analyzing behaviors, needs, and motivations together with the product team.
• Develop and implement reactivation campaigns
• Support our Product Owner on monetization topics

Requirements

• Proven multi-year experience in marketing, with a strong track record of driving measurable results — ideally in a fast-paced or early-stage environment.
• Deep knowledge of key marketing channels and how to leverage them effectively.
• Strong interest in topics related to families, parenting, or early childhood.
• This role can also be part-time.
• Ideally: experience in Digital Health or other regulated/mission-driven sectors.
• Ideally based in Berlin.
• Fluent in English and German.
