Tasks

We are looking for a Dutch-Speaking Patient Screening Specialist to support patients interested in participating in clinical trials.

Your main responsibility will be speaking with patients via inbound phone calls and email, answering their questions, and guiding them through the screening process until they are successfully connected with a study site.

• Respond to inbound patient inquiries via phone and email
• Provide friendly, high-quality customer support (no sales involved)
• Conduct initial patient screening
• Guide patients through the process until they are connected with the study site
• Document interactions in our systems

This role is ideal for freelancers who already work on flexible projects (e.g., translation, writing, research, design) and can remain available to answer inbound calls during the scheduled hours.

Requirements

• Fluent Dutch (native / C2)
• Fluent English (minimum C1) – operational company language
• Educational background in life sciences, healthcare, or a medically related field
• Experience with phone-based customer service (call center experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with multiple digital systems
• Quiet home office workspace
• Reliable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)
