Meet5 is the largest leisure community for people over 40 and we’re growing fast. With thousands of users joining and interacting every day, keeping our platform safe and fraud-free is one of our top priorities.

You’ll work closely with our support team, using Implio to detect, prevent, and fight scams and bots. You’ll be at the forefront of identifying fraud patterns, optimizing rule-based systems, and keeping the Meet5 community protected.

Aufgaben

• Fraud Detection: Review suspicious user activity and identify potential scams, fake profiles, or automated accounts.
• Rule Management: Set up and refine rule-based systems in Implio to automate fraud detection and improve efficiency.
• Pattern Analysis: Recognize and analyze emerging fraud trends to stay one step ahead of scammers and bots.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with the Support and Community Management teams to ensure consistent, secure user experiences.
• Qualitative Investigation: Examine user behaviour and messages to understand how fraudsters operate and how to block them effectively.
• Process Improvement: Suggest and implement optimizations that make fraud prevention smarter, faster, and more accurate.

Qualifikation

• You are currently enrolled in a university program related to analytics, business, economics, computer science, or a similar field.
• You have a basic understanding of fraud prevention, risk management, or data-driven decision-making.
• You bring some knowledge of payment processes and digital platforms.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enjoy working with data, and think in systems and rules.
• You are detail-oriented, trustworthy, and proactive when it comes to identifying and solving potential issues.
• Bonus: experience with Implio or similar tools
