We are a Munich-based CleanTech startup driving the expansion of renewable energy with innovative technologies to ensure a sustainable and future-proof energy supply – for the sake of our planet and future generations. Our goal is to rethink the challenges of the energy transition and make Feldwerke the new standard: combining energy and agriculture on the same land. To achieve this, we are developing and building the pioneering concept of Agri-PV. Since our founding in 2023, we have, among other things, planned Germany’s largest plant in record time, which is currently under construction. Aufgaben

As a Founding Business Development / Go-to-Market Manager, you will work directly with the founders and take a leading role in building and scaling our go-to-market engine from the ground up. You’ll shape the future of Agri-PV by driving land acquisition, establishing scalable sales structures, and actively developing our market presence. This is a rare opportunity to become a core member of the founding team and take full ownership of a critical business function.

Your Responsibilities:

• Go-to-Market Ownership: Develop and execute GTM strategies to acquire high-potential land plots, establish local partnerships, and unlock new project opportunities across Germany.
• Business Development & Sales: Act as the first point of contact for landowners and key stakeholders. Lead negotiations, close deals, and drive our project pipeline forward with a founder’s mindset.
• Strategic Expansion: Design and test new sourcing channels – from outbound campaigns and referrals to digital marketing and direct outreach.
• Project Feasibility & Commercials: Evaluate agricultural land for its Agri-PV potential, coordinate internal assessments, and build business cases to support decision-making.
• System Building: Set up scalable processes, tools, and templates across Sales and Business Development. Lay the foundation for a high-performing, data-driven GTM engine.
• Brand & Market Positioning: Represent Feldwerke at events, webinars, and in key industry forums. Help establish Feldwerke as the leading Agri-PV brand and attract top-tier inbound leads.

Qualifikation

🎓 What you bring

• You have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field – or you bring comparable experience (e.g. through your own venture).
• You have already gained experience in a fast-paced environment – for example at another startup or in consulting.
• You want to take real ownership and help build new business areas from the ground up.
• You are highly motivated by renewable energy and eager to deepen your expertise.
• You have excellent communication skills and know how to engage people in an outgoing and authentic way.
• You are fluent in German (English is a plus).
