Tasks

We are looking for a passionate Entrepreneur in Residence (Intern) to join our team in Munich.

As a Founders’ Associate (Intern) you help us develop our growth and finance-related activities. You will work closely with the CFO and founding team to undertake data gathering, analysis, financial planning, and support in the fundraising process.

This is the perfect role for you if you want to found your own venture in the future, become an executive at a startup, or join a VC.

Your responsibilities:

• You run and support CFO/COO projects that are a priority for the company - ranging from hiring to product, from daily operations to strategic decisions
• You support the CFO in financial modeling and in establishing an efficient reporting process by compiling monthly KPI driven status reports
• You support and enhance the financial operations and the procurement process
• You generate insights from the market and keep on top of the competition in the field
• You support in the hiring process and the strategic development of the organization
• You become an entrepreneurial finance strategist: scouting potential investors and evaluating and developing investor presentations

Requirements

• Excellent academic background in business, economics or finance. Preferably during or at the end of your master's degree.
• You work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to simultaneously drive multiple priorities while being able to prioritize among those
• You have exceptional analytical skills and can proactively make things happen with a hands-on attitude
• You are highly organized with superior attention to detail and accuracy
• You are highly skilled in Excel and Powerpoint, you can build bullet-proof financial models from scratch and can create appealing and on-point PowerPoint presentations
• Excellent written and verbal German and English communication skills
