GTMBase is a GTM engineering and RevOps consultancy. We help post-PMF B2B companies embed AI into their go-to-market workflows, turning first-party and third-party data into strategic GTM assets.

We sit at the rare intersection of deep RevOps expertise and cutting-edge GTM engineering. After trying different delivery models and working with clients like Groupon and Blinkist, we're now doubling down and scaling the team.

We're looking for a Founder's Associate to work directly with the founder and help build the operational backbone of GTMBase as we scale. This is not a traditional ops role. You'll be embedded in everything: client delivery, internal systems, templates, processes, and growth initiatives.

Tasks

• Work directly with the founder on delivery, operations, and growth projects
• Help build repeatable templates and processes that make GTMBase more scalable
• Support client work when needed: research, data structuring, workflow building
• Help build and execute on content strategy: LinkedIn, case studies, thought leadership
• Build reports and dashboards to track progress across clients and internal initiatives
• Keep projects moving: track what's happening, flag blockers, make sure nothing falls through the cracks
• Learn the GTM engineering and RevOps space deeply: clients, tools, workflows, what works and what doesn't

Requirements

• AI-first mindset: you use AI deeply in your day-to-day work, not as a novelty but as a default. This is non-negotiable.
• Curiosity: you ask good questions, dig into things, want to understand how businesses actually work
• Smart and fast learner: you can connect dots, pick up new tools quickly, and don't need everything spelled out
• Proactive: you see what needs to happen and do it without being asked
• Comfortable with ambiguity: we're building structure, not inheriting it. You should be energized by that, not paralyzed.
• Organized: you can manage multiple threads without dropping things

We don't require specific tools or years of experience. Everything is learnable. What matters is how you think and how you work.
