We are looking for a Founder-in-Residence (EiR) to help shape the future of professional discovery. At Same, we believe the "vital connection" shouldn't be left to chance. You will work directly with the founding team to explore new market opportunities, lead strategic projects, and build the "Radar" that every founder needs.

Tasks

• Identify and validate new community-led growth opportunities.
• Spearhead partnerships with startup accelerators and VC firms to integrate Same into their ecosystems.
• Act as a key "Connection Facilitator," using the app to bridge gaps between mentors, advisors, and investors.
• Provide strategic feedback on our AI-Powered Matching Algorithm to ensure it solves the deepest "founder needs".

Requirements

• Proven experience as a founder or early employee at a high-growth startup.
• A "hacker" mindset—you love building systems and analyzing community traffic.
• Strong "AI literacy" and comfort working with LLM-driven products.
• Deeply networked with a passion for solving the "broken" state of professional events.
