<title>About the role</title>

As a Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of quality of the Bolt Drive car fleet, impacting the strategy of our car fleet and supervising the on street local operations team in Germany.

You will be working closely with the Country Manager and HQ teams where your work will drive business growth and revenue through achieving operational milestones and key metrics.

Your daily adventures will include:

• <point>Cooperating with country-wide partners and key local partners. Including vendors and vehicle repair shops. </point>
• <point>Managing the process of in-fleeting and de-fleeting our cars.</point>
• <point>Maintaining detailed records of vehicle servicing, repair and inspection. Including documenting claims and accidents</point>
• <point>Ensuring strict servicing and maintenance times to minimize the downtime of the fleet. As well as coordinate the repair of technical defects on our vehicles.</point>
• <point>Supporting expansion to new cities.</point>

We are looking for:

• <point>3+ years experience in fleet management, preferably in: car rental or car sharing industry.</point>
• <point>Good understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes. </point>
• <point>Discipline, attention to detail and analytical mindset.</point>
• <point>Passion for cars.</point>
• <point>Proficiency with Excel.</point>
• <point>Hustler attitude - not stopping after 20 obstacles a day!</point>
• <point>Excellent communication skills in English and German.</point>
