The much. Consulting Group (est. 2017) is an international ERP & IT consultancy with offices in Munich, Lisbon and Manchester. Our team of 90 experts supports clients to design and implement highly automated business process solutions.

We currently reject a high volume of small business leads because our consultative, high-touch process is too expensive for this market segment. We are evaluating launching a new unit to capture this volume with a fixed-price, high-automation, AI-first model. This could become a spinoff company that you'd lead with capital, leads & know how from the group.

Tasks

Your opportunity

• The Mission: Turn high-touch ERP Consulting into a scalable, AI-first Product.
• The Solution: An AI-driven pipeline that automates the flow from Client > Requirements > Odoo ERP Configuration to improve our existing business and make serving small businesses possible & scalable.
• The Resource: We have the Leads (overflow from our main consulting business), the in-house Engineers and ERP expertise. We need you to drive the vision and execution.

You will work directly with our CEO, Simon Stappen, to build an AI first ERP implementation flow and explore launching a new business unit serving small businesses with a high degree of AI automation.

What You'll Do

• Design & test an AI first ERP design & implementation approach
• Build & implement AI tools for ERP consultants (prompts, workflows, automation)
• Ensure adoption & prove ROI of AI transformation
• Design and test a new fixed price, small business ERP services business model with an extremely high degree of AI automation
• Work directly with CEO to make build/launch/kill decisions
• If successfully validated: potentially become co-founder of the new business

Timeline

• Months 1-6: Build AI tools for ERP consulting, validate small business model
• Months 6-12: Launch and scale AI first offerings
• Month 12+: Transition to permanent role (CEO of spinoff, Head of AI)

Requirements

You

• >2 years experience in a high paced environment (startup, consulting, …)
• You have built something (startup, product, organization, side project)
• Strong AI / LLM user - you know what's possible and what's hype
• Comfortable with ambiguity, experimentation, fast pace and fast iteration
• Technical skills to evaluate tools, technologies, implement low code solutions and work with engineers

Bonus points

• Consulting, professional services or B2B SaaS experience
• Knowledge of ERP systems or business operations software
• Prior AI implementation experience
• Failed startup founder (shows you've tried)

Benefits

Compensation & location

• Hybrid, Munich-based
• €60,000 - €90,000 base salary based on experience
• Variable compensation for AI milestones, equity if business spins out
