We are hiring a Data & Analytics Lead who will sit at the intersection of data science, BI analytics, and SaaS GTM strategy. This role owns our Tableau platform end-to-end, drives our BI strategy, and is accountable for transforming raw data into actionable insights that shape decision-making. You’ll work alongside Data Engineers and BI Analysts but take point on analytics strategy, storytelling, and execution, ensuring our SaaS GTM teams always have clarity on performance, risks, and opportunities.
6+ years in BI, data science, or GTM analytics roles, preferably in SaaS environments
Proven expertise in Tableau (end-to-end ownership: dashboard design, optimization, governance)
Advanced knowledge of SQL, Snowflake (or equivalent DWH), dbt, Python/R, and modern ETL tools
Experience applying data science methods: predictive analytics, clustering, regression, time-series forecasting
Strong command of SaaS GTM metrics and lifecycle analytics
Excellent communicator and storyteller, comfortable presenting complex insights to executives
Demonstrated leadership potential: can lead from the front and inspire confidence
Germany or Poland (remote or hybrid)
