As a CRM / Live Ops Manager you will plan, execute, and optimize in-app events, lifecycle campaigns, and player communications across multiple channels.You will take ownership of campaign calendars, communication flows, and engagement systems to improve retention, monetization, and user experience in our mobile gaming apps.Working closely with product, marketing, and data teams, you will design scalable LiveOps systems and deliver data-driven campaigns that directly impact our KPIs.
