Tasks

• Provide expert guidance on Coupa implementation, configuration, and optimization to align with client business objectives.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing procurement processes and recommend best practices for enhanced efficiency using the Coupa platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, finance, and procurement to ensure seamless integration and deployment of Coupa solutions.
• Deliver training sessions and create user documentation to facilitate effective adoption and utilization of Coupa by end-users.
• Monitor system performance post-implementation and offer ongoing support to troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience working with Coupa as a consultant or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices within the IT Services and IT Consulting industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing Coupa solutions to meet client-specific requirements.
