About the role

We're looking for a hands-on Growth & Content Marketer to join our marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and collaborating closely with our Video Specialist, you'll own the execution of content, campaigns, and growth initiatives, ensuring everything we put out is cohesive, on-brand, and built to perform. You'll work with agency partners to implement SEO/SEM strategy, drive B2B lead generation, and support community and event activations, all while producing content that resonates with developers and technical buyers. You're comfortable working autonomously, care about quality, and want to make a real impact at a fast-moving Voice AI startup.

Tasks

• Plan and publish content for developers and technical buyers (blog posts, case studies, integration guides, product updates), keeping the editorial calendar aligned with GTM priorities
• Work with engineering and product to turn complex audio and AI concepts into clear, compelling narratives
• Run digital marketing campaigns from asset coordination through to launch and performance reporting
• Implement on-page SEO recommendations from our agency
• Build and optimise lead gen assets including landing pages, gated content, and email nurture sequences; manage CRM workflows in collaboration with sales
• Coordinate webinars, developer meetups, and events, and engage our developer communities to grow awareness and retention
• Integrate AI tools naturally into your workflow, from content creation to campaign execution

Requirements

• 1–2 years in a B2B marketing, content, or growth role; startup or agency background strongly preferred
• Native or near-native English; you write clearly for both technical and business audiences and know the difference in tone
• Exposure to developer or technical audiences (developer tools, APIs, infrastructure, or SaaS); you don't need to be an engineer but you need to be curious about the technology
• Working knowledge of SEO and tools like Ahrefs or Semrush
• Able to execute Google Ads campaigns from an agency brief
• Experience with a CRM or marketing automation platform (HubSpot or similar)
• Self-directed and organised; you're comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership of your workload
• Bonus: genuine interest or experience in AI, audio, or voice technology
