Tasks

What's your daily life gonna' look like - your tasks:

• Develop A/B split-test variants for landing pages, PDPs, and other key pages across Shopify and custom stacks
• Collaborate with CRO Strategists and Designers to bring test hypotheses to life quickly and accurately
• Write clean, modular, reusable code (mostly HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
• Support in building and maintaining custom Shopify apps (occasional, but you'll need to know your way around the Shopify ecosystem)
• Debug, QA, and Deploy tests and features using tools like Optimizely, Convert, Kameleeon, Varify, VWO, or similar

Requirements

Come as you are - the role's requirements:

A degree is not a must & we couldn't care less about grades. As long as you have experience in Split-Testing, DevOps, or Shopify Development, and are willing to learn, you're perfect!

• Level:
• +2 years of experience as a Front-End Developer, ideally already familiar with A/B testing tools

• Mindset:
• Problem-solving, can-do attitude
• You write clean code, test your work, and care about the "why" behind every decision
• You’re comfortable in a fast-paced, experiment-heavy environment

• Knowledge:
• Advanced JavaScript, HTML & CSS Skills
• General Knowledge of React, GraphQL, TypeScript and Git
• Bonus: DevOps Experience
• Bonus: Understanding of Shopify Liquid Syntax, General Theme Components, Shopify Functions, Shopify Extensions, Shopify App Development

• Languages:
• Required: English (fluent)
• Not required but useful: German, Ukrainian
